So welcome, welcome to the Spring planning party. I am excited to share with you a couple of things here. So the spring planning party is a workshop that's all about helping you to press the reset button and help you to get clear on where you wanna go for the rest of the year, and most importantly how you're going to get there. And we're gonna be reflecting, we're going to plan and then create a realistic roadmap for the next few months. So before we get started, and before we dive in, I just wanted to dive into a couple of housekeeping. Things to make sure that you get the most out of this workshop here. So first things first, make sure that you have your workbook. So the Spring Planning Party workbook, I, I have to tell you a secret. So this workbook is one that I actually created a while ago, and it was for the, for the end of the year. And I, I'm really happy with how this one turned out. So if you are not a Trello girl like myself, the workbook is where you're gonna be spending a lot of your time for the remainder of the. Of the workshop. So make sure you grab that. If you don't have your workbook the link is below here so you can go ahead and grab that. If you don't have a Google account, there is a link if you scroll down to the bottom of that page to get an actual PDF if you do not have a Google account. So go ahead and make sure you grab that. And then also make sure that you grab the Trello board. So you'll want to have this Trello board because it's gonna be really easy to plan things out and map things for the rest of the year using this Trello board. So you wanna grab the Trello board again, the link is right here on the screen so that you can go ahead and grab that. And if you have both or one of these, go ahead and drop ready in the comments so I know that you are ready to go. So. I'll know that we are all good and we can proceed on, so let me know if you are ready and I'm gonna be looking over to the side here because I got another screen to make sure that I don't, I don't miss anything. So. Yes, Donna is ready. Hey Donna. Hailey is ready. Good. Perfect. Alright, so we got that. So next thing, really quick VIP pass. So, you know, parties come with perks and for those who wanna go a little bit deeper and wanna get more tools to stay organized and consistent, the VIP pass is the way to go. It's only$19 and it gives you ongoing access to this workshop as well as three exclusive Trello boards and a bunch of other resources that are gonna make planning even easier. So you can grab the VIP pass here utilizing this link and because. I like to celebrate wins and I wanna make sure that we keep this exciting. We will be doing some live only prizes and everyone who stays to the end will be able to get won other prizes. So definitely stay with me to the end of the session for the special live prize and I'll share more about that before we wrap up here. So, before we jump in, I wanna be upfront with you and let you know at the end of today's workshop, I will be sharing an offer for home Life Trello. This workshop is all about helping you build a solid personalized plan and home life. Trello is the next step if you want some systems in an organization using Trello. And I'm only sharing this with you because I know it works and it's helped other moms. And like I said, I just wanna make sure that I am upfront with you and let you know that is coming. All right, so. If you are ready, I just wanna make sure I got everything. Yes. I see we got a few more people. I see Asia's here. CE Alexandria, Fran, thank you all for showing up. And I see you all are ready. So before we get going here I have this information here to let me know that this is the perfect time to go ahead and start planning out your year. I know for me. Typically the beginning of the year is when you hear a lot of people talk about setting goals and making plans for a year and coming up with resolution and things. But spring, honestly is the best time because that is when nature is starting fresh. The animals are waking up from hibernation, like everything's starting new. So this is a perfect time for you to reset or to go ahead and set some intentions for the rest of the year. So if you're feeling like you're behind or like you didn't get a good start at the beginning of the year, I just wanna let you know, now is the perfect time to do that. So let us go ahead and go through really quick this roadmap. So inside of the workbook you'll see the planning roadmap that we're gonna be going through. So for the planning roadmap we'll start with some reflection, then move into visualizing how we want things to look, and then we'll brainstorm some of our goals and how, or some of the things that we want to accomplish throughout the year. Then from there, we'll decide what we're gonna focus on and then we'll break things down so that we can have some actionable steps to reach these goals. So, hopefully this all looks good to you. We are gonna go ahead and jump on in and get started here. I just wanna make sure we are all good here. Yes. All right. So let's start with one of the most powerful tools, which is, reflection. A lot of times when we think about planning, we wanna just like get started and jump into things. But reflection is so important because before we can look forward, it's important for us to look back. So we're gonna take some time to reflect so that we can recognize what has worked well, what hasn't, and some things that we want to do more of moving forward. And I love this saying that you're not starting from scratch. We're starting from experience and that is what we're gonna be starting with here first. So inside of your workbook on page four or inside of the Trello board, I'm gonna walk you through that here in just a second. You'll find some reflection prompts that are gonna help you to pause and think about how this year has gone so far. And this is really just gonna help you to really see what went well for you. And some of my ways to do reflection are utilizing my phone by going through the gallery and looking at the photos to revisit some of the moments that we may have forgotten is a really great way to see like some of the things that we want to incorporate more of moving forward. Also, check the calendar or your planner to see what events or seasons were especially full or challenging. And then also if you have a journal or diary where you have things written down that is another good place to see where things may have been a little bit more full for you or things that you want to incorporate more of moving forward. So. We're just gonna take a few minutes here. I'm gonna put on a timer for just a few minutes so that you can go ahead and start to answer those reflection prompts. So inside of the Trello board let me go ahead and share this one. So there we go. So inside of the Trello board, remember if you do have the Trello board to hit create board from template and then hit create so that it will add to your actual Trello account. And up here in step one is where the reflection questions are. So you can go ahead and click in this section and go ahead and just start typing in the answers to those questions. Just make sure to hit save so that you keep everything in one place there. So, like I said, I'm gonna go ahead and start a timer really quick, just for five minutes so that you can go ahead and take some time to reflect and then we will proceed on. But feel free to put in the comments any lessons or wins that you may have that you want to share if you're feeling, feeling like you wanna share those things with us here. So I'm gonna hit mute and give you just a few minutes here. All right, so just take a few more seconds to go ahead and wrap up your thoughts. And don't worry, it doesn't have to be perfect or complete. Just you writing down a few insights can make a really big difference. So we're gonna move on to the next part here. And now that we've taken a moment to reflect it is time to actually look ahead and set your vision for the months to come. So this is where you're gonna decide what you want life to look like and not just what you want on your to-do list, but what you want to feel, experience, or focus on. So we're gonna break things down by a few areas based off of your calendar, your family life, your work life, and your personal life. And this part is all about dreaming a little bit. So I wanna make sure that you dream a little, but also stay grounded and considering what you already have on your plate so that you can create something that feels doable. So, first, we're gonna take a look at your calendar, and you can do this inside of your workbook too, as well. You can jot some notes there. But look and see in your calendar. Do you have anything big coming up, like work, projects, travel, birthdays, holidays, kids' events, anything that's gonna take up a considerable amount of time or energy. You should go ahead and plan for it and account for that now so that you're realistic about what's possible. Next, you want to visualize your family life and you want to think about what you want this season to look about, look like at home. Whether it's more quality, time, better, better rhythms, routines, less chaos in the evening times, what is it that you want your family life to look like? And then moving on to work life. How do you want things to feel at work? Maybe it's staying more focused or hitting certain milestones at work. Or simply just keeping boundaries with certain individuals so that you're not bringing work stress home. And then finally, in your personal life, don't forget about you. What's something that you wanna do just for you this season, during the springtime, it could be something as simple as reading a book, working on a personal project, or building out some habits that are gonna bring you some joy. So before we jump into that really quick, I just wanna make sure I got everything here. Yes, we are all set. So I'm gonna set another timer and then we're gonna take a minute after that to put some things in the comments if you're open to sharing. But I want you to take just a few minutes to go ahead and set your vision. So you're gonna use your Trello board in step two. So inside here, let's go back. I. To the Trello board. So in step two is where you'll find the reflection questions for for you to visualize. So again, you can click right here in the description and you can add things right inside of this box here. So you can keep all of your notes in one place. Just make sure to hit save here. Or if you like, you can utilize your workbook. And that is on page six. So I'm gonna go ahead and start. I'm gonna try to play some music this time. I was trying to, but it wasn't working. We're gonna play some music for just a few minutes. I'm gonna give you a minute to go ahead through those questions. So I'm gonna go ahead and mute myself. All right, so go ahead and take a few more seconds to just wrap up any last thoughts that you have. Remember, it doesn't need to be all figured out. We just wanna get some thoughts out of your head and onto the digital paper here. So if you are open to it, drop in the chat, some of the things that were coming up for you, whether it be in the reflection, sorry, that is the timer, whether it was from the reflection or from the vision. What are some things that were coming up for you? Go ahead and put in the chat there, and I'm gonna reset this here. So anything coming up as far as some of the things that you're looking forward to doing? It could be for yourself personally, it could be for the family. If you are open to it, go ahead and share that in the chat here. I know there's a delay, so I'm trying to give it a second. All right. So Hailey, thank you for sharing. Hailey is saying Learning routines for kids for homeschooling. Hailey, let me tell You'all secret, I might be joining that club with you here coming the fall. So yes. I am definitely in the same boat as you and Donna. Hey Donna. Just retired, so this year's focus on your health. I like that. I like it a lot. Nice. Nice. That is awesome. Keep'em coming. If you got something, you can drop that in the chat. Where are you looking to focus on moving forward? Ce. Spending more time at the Grands. Yay. I love it. And decluttering. Yes, that is a big one. Nice. Nice. And Asia big one is reflection, 25 pound weight loss. Nice. Also creating first digital product and getting ready to receive sales. Yes. Yes. I love it. Awesome. Yay, yay, yay. I love it. I love it. So we're gonna keep things moving forward. Please feel free to share some things in the chat here. So next up here, we are going to move into brainstorming. So now that we've reflected and we've created a vision for the months ahead, it's time to brainstorm some goals that are gonna help bring this vision to life. And one of my favorite ways to do this is using something called the Seven Fs. And I love this because it's a quick way to kind of check all the major areas of your life. And the seven Fs are faith, family, finances, fitness friends, fun and future. And these categories I think are so helpful. For you to think about things more holistically instead of just focusing on one area of your life, like work or parenting. So you can think about what's mo most important to you in every part of your life. So this doesn't mean that you need a goal for every single area, but it will definitely help you to notice any gaps or areas where you may have been a little bit unintentional unintentionally neglecting. So inside of your Trello board, you're gonna notice there's a lot of examples for each category. So I just wanted to run through each of these categories and feel free to jot things down as I'm going through these things here. So first up is faith here. Do I need to go to the next slide? Faith, this could be, spiritual growth. It could be journaling, quiet time, anything that helps you connect to your beliefs and your values. For family, this could be quality time, stronger routines, or intentional connection. For finances, you wanna think about budgeting, saving, paying down debt or financial planning for fitness. This includes physical health, sleep, movement, and also nutrition. And then for friends, think about are you connecting with people who fill your cup? Or think about social time or support with those that you care about. And then for fun, this is my favorite category what are the things that are bringing you joy helping you to be creative and to laugh? And then in future, these are your personal growth goals. So think of things like learning, career planning, or long-term dreams. So we're gonna take another few more minutes here. To just kind of brainstorm these different things. I'm gonna pop back over to the Trello board. And like I was saying over here, this is where I was saying I have a lot of things kind of brainstormed here for the different categories. So feel free to use these or delete these if you like, if you wanna delete something, that's totally fine. I'm hovering over the card and I'm just hitting the c on my keyboard to archive or delete them. Or you can go here to archive and that will remove the card from the list here. But go ahead and just brainstorm some of the things that you are feeling that would light you up in these different areas here. I'm gonna go ahead and start the timer again. And then we'll come back and see what you got here. All righty. So you have taken a few minutes to brainstorm some things and we've also reflected and created a vision. So I know you probably have some really fun and exciting things that you have been jotting down. So if you are open to it, go ahead and drop in the chat. One or two things that you brainstormed during this last session here in the seven ofs, one of those things that you wrote down that you're feeling kind of excited about. I know Hailey already told you that. I might be joining you with the homeschool. And so that is one thing that not I might, I am, we made a decision. I am gonna be joining you and be homeschooling. So that is one thing that I jotted down. So if you're open to it, go ahead and put in the chat. Something that you stormed, Haley says, best decision I made. Yay. I'm glad to hear that. I know it's gonna be good, but it's just gonna be a transition'cause my kids are big. But another story for another day. All right, I'm not seeing anything, but please feel free to go ahead and put in the chat something that you're excited about that you brainstormed. And the reason why I'm having you do that is'cause it's gonna help with the next part and start. So thank you for the advice, Hailey. I appreciate it. You're so sweet. Yes, I will definitely do that. For sure. So we are gonna go ahead and move on, but before we do, I know that you have stuck with me this long and I am so happy that you all are still here. So I do wanna do one quick prize before we move on to the next part here we're almost to the end where we have our plan and our roadmap. But do me a favor, drop in the chat your favorite emoji. I'm gonna pick one person to give a prize to. So drop your favorite emoji in the chat, and then we will pick out a prize and move on to the next part here. So I'm trying to see if I can put my favorite emoji. This is a, can I put it in here? Yes. I think I can. Asia says, excited to set up homeschool. Oh, nice. Cool. Asia. And then I love the idea of intentional connection. My three children live all over the world. Wow. That is pretty awesome, Donna. I like your emoji too. So Yeah, go ahead, drop your emoji. I'm gonna put mine in here too, just for fun. That's, that's one that I use I think on a daily basis. So drop your favorite emoji and I'm going to pick out a prize before we move to the next phase. So I'm gonna give you just a few more seconds. Go ahead and get your emojis in the chat. Hey Tracy. Hey rb. Hailey, I like yours. So I work remote and we I. It is a group of us, we talk to each other via teams and we're like constantly dropping emojis and gifs and all that. Gifs, gifs, who, I don't know how you say it, but we're always dropping stuff, so it's fun seeing these. Alexandra, how do we find the emojis I am using on my keyboard? And I'm sure if you're using like another mobile device, wherever you have it on your keyboard and control command on Mac. Thank you Hailey. So let me go ahead and pick out a prize here and then we'll move on'cause I know we have been making some really good progress. So I got 1, 2, 1, 2, 3. Okay. Alrighty. So let's see who this is. All righty. So I got Tracy. Tracy, you're the winner of this first prize, so do me a favor, send me an email at hello at Real Happy Mom, or just reply back to any one of the emails that I've sent you and just put prize winner and I'll know I'll know it's you and I'm gonna send you your prize and you're probably like, what's my prize? So my favorite place to shop is Amazon. So I will get you an Amazon gift card, but I need you to send me an email so that I can get that info to you. So thank you all for playing along. Let's go ahead and move on to the next section here. So, like I said, we've taken some time, we reflected, we created vision, and we've actually been brainstorming some ideas. Now it's time to make a decision, and this is where you're gonna choose what you're gonna focus on for the next few months here. And sometimes, I'll be honest with you, this can be the hardest part because everything you wrote down probably looks really, really good right now. So here is one question that always helps me when I'm trying to really focus in on what is gonna be the thing that's gonna really get me to where I'm trying to go as far as my vision that I've created. And the, the question is, if I had a magic wand and could achieve one goal in the next 24 hours that would significantly impact my life, what would it be? And I'm intentionally pausing there for a second.'cause I really want that to sit for just a second and for you to think about that. So look back at what you just brainstormed. And the seven Fs, and I want you to choose one, no more than three goals that you want to focus on for the next few months. Ideally the next three months, pick one. No more than three. Really just one. And don't worry. Choosing doesn't mean that we're gonna let the other things that youve written down, you know, we're gonna move those off of the table forever. It just means right now we're just gonna give our time and energy and focus on the goals that are actually gonna help us make some progress. So as you are looking through and you're deciding. Ask yourself, am I excited about this goal? Does this feel doable with everything else I have on my plate right now? And will this goal move me closer to the vision I created? If you answered yes, then you found your next focus. So we're just gonna take just a minute. I know. On this slide, I think I put two minutes. We're just gonna take just a minute just to look over things and decide. Not even two minutes, just a minute. Go ahead, decide, and then we will move on. But once you've logged in, like your one goal, put it in the chat for me. I see Alexandria's already put hers in. Yay you for learning to use this program. I love it. So go ahead, put in the chat what your main goal is, and then we will move on to the next part here. So I'm gonna give you just a minute. All right. I see you've been dropping things in the chat. I see we got cleaner apartment balancing a budget increasing. Income decluttering and organizing, getting rid of the physical clutter and mental clutter like that. I'm seeing a trend here. Decluttering, organized. Hey, Fran. Yes, yes, yes, yes. I'm loving all of this. Very, very nice. Very nice. Very nice. All right, so let us go ahead and lock some things in. So in the workbook on page 10, I believe it's the decide section. So you can go ahead and lock that in there. And then on your Trello board there is a card that you can add what your what you've decided here. So let me switch back here. Alright, so now that we've chosen what we're gonna focus on, now it's time to break it down into smaller, manageable action steps. And this is where the magic happens because big goals can be inspiring, but it's the little steps that actually get us to the finish line. So we're gonna use the goal breakdown section inside of the Trello board. You can also do this inside of your workbook too as well. So you want to, if you are using the Trello board, sorry, I'm trying to get back. There we go. If you are using the Trello board here, I've where is it? I have put in one of my big goals here, which is to write and self-publish a book. I just said that out loud, so now I'm pretty sure someone's gonna be like, Hey Tony Ann, how's that book going? But yes, this is a, a big goal of mine. I've been putting it off for a while. So inside of your Trello board, you can go ahead and kind of break things down or inside of the workbook, but go ahead and put down the steps that it's gonna take to help help you get to that goal. I like to utilize the checklist and you can do that by going up here to checklist. And I'm just gonna hit add here. You can change the name of the checklist. Like for instance if the goal is to finally go on a Disney cruise,'cause that honestly has been a dream of mine you can go ahead and put down what the name of the goal is, and then each one of these items here you can put down. What steps you need to take to recycle. So for me I need to determine the time go on the cruise destination. What else do I need to do for Disney Cruise? I need to make a packing list. I'm just writing down a whole bunch of stuff, but you get the gist. So just go ahead and start brainstorming the different steps it's gonna take to help you get to that goal there and the checklist. So this is just gonna help you to break things down into smaller milestones. Another thing that you can do too as well is to create a list and just list out things here in the card. So like I was saying for the Disney cruise, I said I needed a packing list. I need to order swimsuits'cause I'm doing a Caribbean cruise. That's what I would like to do. And probably need to like go online and see like what other things I need to do. And then I also need to save up money for the trip.'cause I need, or maybe I should start by researching how much it will cost and then create a budget so you get the gist. So I'm just brainstorming the different steps that it will take to get to that big goal. And and then once you have things kind of listed out here, this is where you can get fun and you can start moving things around so we can, move around the cards based off of where we think things should go as far as the, the steps that we need to take. And then also we can add in some due dates here too. So once you have kind of a running list of the steps, you can add in the due dates. So when you wanna have these things done by so that you can kind of map out okay, like. This is gonna take this long and this is when I can get this done based off of things that are going on in your schedule that we looked at in the previous parts of this workshop here. So I am gonna give you just a few minutes here to go ahead and just start typing out some of the steps for the goal that you picked out, whether it be decluttering what else do we have here? Increasing income Asia. I see that one. Having a balanced budget, whatever it is that you decided, just start listing out some of the steps that you're gonna take. So I'm gonna give you just a minute to do that and then we'll move on to the final part here. All righty, so hopefully things are still going good. Feel free to just finish wrapping things up here. Do me a favor, let me know in the comments. You can drop an emoji. Hopefully we got that all figured out. But drop an emoji and let me know how you're feeling. Smiley face if you're feeling pretty good. A side eye face if you're like, I don't know, the upside down one I heard is the silly face. So let me know by dropping an emoji how you're feeling and that you've gotten a goal broken down here. And then we are gonna move on to the final part here. And as I promised, there is a special gift for you. My party favor for staying to the end. So I'll be sharing that here too in just a minute. So drop an emoji. Let me know how you're feeling. Asia. Yay. Tracy got a smiley face. Cici, thank you. Yes, Alexandra. I am right here with you. We'll be learning a lot here together. So. Let us go onto the next part here, which is kind of wrapping this up and making it real for you here. So first I just wanna congratulate you and tell you that you've done a great job so far by reflecting, setting your vision, then choosing your goals, and then breaking things down. So before we wrap things up, I really wanna make sure that you have a clear plan and something that is real that you can actually follow. So couple of quick things that I'm just suggesting here for you, but, the first one is setting a timeline. So looking at your, your goal that you broke down and asking yourself, you know, when do I wanna get this done by? Like I said, ideally I was trying to get things broken down for the next few months. So sticking to this season here, so next three months, looking and seeing like, when are we gonna get things done? So go ahead and assign due dates to major tasks or milestones so that you can kind of track and see where you wanna get things done and how you can break things down so that you can get it done in a doable time. You can put that in your Trello board by assigning a due date or by jotting the due dates down in your workbook. It doesn't have to be super detailed, but just a rough timeline so that it gives you a roadmap to follow. And then step two would be to anchor it to a routine. And I am a real big believer in anchoring it to things that you're already doing. So what is like one habit or system that can help support you towards this goal so that you're doing things on a daily or weekly basis? Something like 10 minutes each night. I'm gonna review my Trello board, or on Sunday nights, I'm gonna have some planning sessions and I'm gonna sit down and map things out. But choosing something that fits for your life, I think it's gonna be really, really beneficial to making sure that you actually carry these calls out. And in three months time, we can come back and we can share all other progress that we made. And then lastly commit to a first step. So if you would please go ahead and tell me what your first step that you're going to commit to. I know I said within 24 hours, but if we can go ahead since you're, you're still here. Go ahead and put in what is the very first thing that you're gonna do to get this plan moving forward. Go ahead and put that in the comments. What's the first thing that you're going to do to get started with the goal that you just mapped out here? And once you do that. You can start thinking about setting up calendar reminders or finishing, breaking down the goal, whatever it is. But drop in the chat. Now. I wanna know what the first thing you're gonna be working on.'cause I want to cheer you on here. I, so Alexandria says, committing to daily learning. Yes. I love it. Love it, love it. I love it. Scheduling some time to clean and organize the living room. Yes, yes. Review spending over the past two months. Yes, I'm scared to look at my spending. Donna, I, I tell my friends all the time, I'm like, I, I act like I'm Kim Kardashian, but I don't have a Kim Kardashian budget, so I'm scared to see what I did, but no, I'm gonna look at it. So first set a goal or goals put together a budget for homeschool room, office makeover. I love it. And then make time for it. Got it. I love it. Cici set timers for decluttering. Yes, Tracy? That's a good one. I've been using timers a lot because I get bored at work. I'm not gonna lie, I like being at home, but sometimes I get tired of staring at the computer. So I set a timer for 25 minutes, so I focus and then I go do something else, focus for a minute, and then go do something else. Timers are really, really helpful, so yes.
