Now let's help you get more time, more peace, and more control starting today. So, um, I am Tony Ann, if you, we haven't met. I'm the host of this summit. Let's get more time. As well as the host of the Real Happy Mom podcast where I help busy working moms to gain more time and achieve their big goals without pulling their hair out. I am a wife, a mom, a full-time dentist, well now dental consultant and a reservist in the Navy. So when mom say, I don't have time, I get it. I, I get it. And I want you to know that I'm in the trenches just like you, but I have some tools that are gonna help you out. Specifically, I wanna share with you how chat GPT can be your secret weapon to saving you some time and energy. Now, full disclaimer, I'm not an expert or, um. Someone who has been like professionally trained on chat GBT, I've just been using it for quite a bit and I know it can help moms who feel like there's never enough time in the day. So, um, I wanted to bring this presentation here for you because like I said, I know how much it can help with relieving some of the day to day. Um. Decisions that we have to make and help with making things a lot easier and smoother for us. So today we're gonna be talking about a couple of things. In this session, we're gonna break down what AI is in a super simple way, we'll talk about AI that you're already using without realizing it. I'm gonna introduce you to some amazing AI tools for moms. And then I'll show you exactly how you can use chat GPT to streamline your home organization routines and meal planning. And then we'll do a little demo too so you can see it in action. Hey Brittany, thanks for coming back. I. All right, so what is ai? So first things first, AI or artificial intelligence is just technology that helps you with getting things done faster and smarter. Think of it as a super powerful assistant that can answer questions, organized task, and even make suggestions for you. And I know a lot of moms are kind of hesitant about using AI in particular, but. Here's the thing, you're probably already using AI and you don't even realize it. Think about Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant, answering all your questions. Netflix is recommending your favorite, well, your next favorite shows and Google Maps is predicting the fastest route home. Your phone is doing autocorrect on text. That sometimes can be annoying because that's not what you're trying to say, or it's even suggesting replies to, um, text messages. So in the chat, let me know what tool or what are you already using that is powered by AI on a daily basis? I know for me it's autocorrect'cause your, your girl here can't spell very well, so I'm constantly relying on autocorrect because I can't remember how to spell things. You know, the one that gets me all the time is receive. You know how the school listing I, is it I before EEC I'm messing it up already, so me and auto correct our friends. So let me know what ai, AI power tool are you already using in your daily life? Is it Siri? Google Assistant? I'm surprised Alexa hasn't picked up me talking about her over here. Brittany says auto correct and otherwise I don't really use it. Yes. Got it. Fran says, Google search. Okay. Nice. Nice. All right, so I want you to know that AI is for everyone. I know a lot of times we think it's just for techie people or software engineers, but that's not true at all. AI is for busy moms, and the best part, you don't have to know any complicated tech stuff to use it. So there are some other tools that I wanted to share with you that are out there. This is just a very limited list, um, of some AI tools that can be used besides chat GPTs, um, because I know I. Right now I'm, I'm talking a lot about chat JPT and I don't want you to think that's the only AI tool out there. You have all of these different things out there that can help you with, um, different things from meal planning to grocery shopping, um, home organization productivity, and even with the kids and their learning. I even saw this other really cool app that is like a tutor for your kids. It's really, really amazing. So there's plenty of different options that are out there. Now managing a household can feel like there's a never ending list of tasks like laundry, cleaning, kids activities, meal prep work, deadlines, and it can be a lot. So wouldn't it be great if you had a personal assistant to help and that my friend is where AI is gonna come in. So chat, GBT. Can actually help you create personalized home routines, plan out weekly cleaning schedules, and even make sure you're staying on top of everything without the mental load. And this is just a very limited list of what chat GBT can do for you, but that's what we're gonna focus on in this session. So do me a favor in the chat right now. Let me know. What is the hardest part of keeping up with Hering teens? Could it be staying consistent, not knowing what to do, getting the kids involved, getting partners, spouses involved? What is the hardest part about keeping up with home routines for you? Let me know in the chat what that is. Also too, some moms talk about motivation, not feeling motivated. That's another one. Thank you, Brittany. Brittany says, staying consistent, and Rebecca says consistency and delegation. Awesome. Thank you for sharing that. Staying consistent. We got that one. Good. Nice. Thank you Catherine. And Wendy says interruptions. Rachel said I started the out. Great. And then by Wednesday I'm tired, girl. Yes, I know. Wednesdays. Hmm. Yeah. I need a pick me up by then. Susan says erratic schedule, very energy levels. This is a good one. Good one. Yes. Yes. Thank you ladies for sharing all of that. Awesome. Awesome. Well, let me do a quick demo, um, to ask Chad GBT to help with creating a cleaning schedule. And we're gonna see if we can help with some of the things that you mentioned in the chat, um, so that you can be more, uh, consistent. You can delegate more. So I have this prompt here, um, for chat GBT that I'm gonna put in there. The biggest thing with using chat GBTs, you have to really give it direction. I've learned that if you just put in like, oh, create me a cleaning schedule, it'll just like spit out anything. But you really wanna be specific and let Chad, GBT know what you have going on and what your real goals are. So I put in here that, um, a working mom with two kids, and I struggle with keeping the house clean and tidy because of limited time and energy. I might even throw in Dar says a needy family. I'll put that in there too. And at the end of the work day. Um, we're having low energy and, and not much time. I have a three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a playroom, an office in addition to kitchen, living room, inate, and dining room. Create a weekly cleaning schedule for me that I can do in 10 minutes a day. So you see how this is a little bit more specific, so I'm gonna throw this in there and I'm gonna add in a needy family. Thank you. D I'm gonna add that in there too, into Chad GBT. Hold on just one second. Let me switch screens really quick. I am gonna pull up this one. There we go. So I'm gonna put that one in there and a needy family and let's see what it says. So I just threw that one into the prompt. Now it is thinking, let's see. So already it's coming up with some things, some daily essentials, and a weekly breakdown. This is all good. This is all good. And it sometimes it'll ask this a question at the end, like, is there anything that you need to adjust? So if you see like something in here isn't really what you want, definitely tweak it. Um, because yeah, you wanna make sure that you're getting what you need. So let's just say, um. Let's just say I don't wanna do any, um, chores on Wednesdays, because who was it that said Wednesdays we're feeling drained? Who was that? Rachel? By Wednesday we're really tired. So let's just say Wednesday. We're too tired, we don't wanna do anything. Um, this is a great start on Wednesdays. I am really tired and don't want to clean up. Can you, um, rework the schedule you pro divided? I did. And lastly, what it comes up with here. Nice and see it already took out, um, the cleaning on Wednesday and it added it, it looks like it added it to one of these other days. So we got everything all, um, cleaned up in 10 minutes a day. So that was, um, one prompt that I wanted to show you. I'm gonna show you another one, um, which is with dinner. Oh, and sorry Maria. Good question. What am I using? So, if you go to chat gt.com, that is what I'm using here. And even if you just Google Chat GPT, it'll um, take you there and you'll wanna set up an account. Um, you can use a free account and it works just fine. This is me using a free account. I do have a paid account, but the free account works just fine too as well when you're trying to just do, um, some of the things that I'm showing you here. So that was the. Yes, that was the, um, demonstration I wanted to do for, for cleaning. And the next one I wanna show you is with dinner, because I know dinner times can, for me is really hard because. You don't know what to cook because like Alicia was talking about with decision fatigue, you're tired and you don't wanna think about it. Um, and sometimes coming up with, um, grocery lists can be difficult. I know for me, I will get the same thing five times and my husband's like, why did you buy that again? And I'm like, oh, I forgot I had it. So, um. Coming up with grocery lists can be time consuming and even meal prep can seem a little bit overwhelming. So I wanna show you one way that we can do this with a meal printing prompt with chat GPT. So, um, I. I'm gonna ask Chad, GBT to help me, um, with preparing a meal plan for the week. And so this is the prompt that I'm gonna use. I have a pescatarian diet. I'm trying to incorporate more tofu and leafy greens in my diet. Help me create a meal plan for the week, including a grocery list. The meal plan should have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as one snack. And let's go ahead and take this prompt and throw this in here. Let me go back over here. There we go. So I'm gonna put that prompt in there. Actually, let me add something here so it knows that I'm switching gears. Great. So let's see what it is gonna say. So. Got a meal plan that includes tofu, leafy greens, and pescatarian friendly options. So already here we got breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a snack for Monday through Sunday. And then here's the grocery list. Nice. Nice. So there that only took a few seconds and already. We have a grocery list and a meal plan that we can print out and have ready to go, and you can start crossing off things on this grocery list if you already have, um, these items. So you're not getting the same thing, um, more than once. And D asks chat, GPT, safe to use. Very good question. So I would say. Yes, but you wanna be careful with putting in certain information in there. I know there's a concern about privacy and whatnot. I am not very savvy on all of that. But I would definitely say just be careful with how much, um, personal information that you're putting in there. And then Rachel says, maybe I could ask AI for meals for my very picky 10-year-old. Yes. Hey, let's do that really quick, Rachel. I. Let's act at gbt. Do, can you guys see my screen? Yes. So great. I have a very picky 10-year-old. Let's say Rachel, your 10-year-old only likes to eat chicken nuggets in peanut butter and jelly that only likes eggs to eat PB and J and chicken nuggets. Help me with coming up with some, um, dinner ideas that he would enjoy. Um, let's see what it says here. Rachel. So we got homemade fish sticks. Do you think your son will go for that, Rachel? Some grilled cheese and tomato soup maybe. I know I got a picky one too and, but I always teach him. I was like, just try it. Just try it. I And he will try it. PV and jay inspired wraps. Okay. Mac and cheese with hidden veggies, baked tofu. I'm liking all of this. This is really nice. So. I know a lot of times people will use pb, um, not pb and j use chat GVT for, um, doing certain tasks. Like, um, like I, I know a lot of times I'll see things like, um, like techie people using it to like build apps and, and other things that I don't really understand. But you can use it for very, very practical things like this, like coming up with a meal plan and getting ideas so that you don't stress yourself out trying to figure out what to do. So let me go back here. So we did this prompt already. Great. So now it's your turn. I want you to try out chat GPT just with like basic things like think about what are some things that you really could use some help with It. Could it, would it be meals? I know meals is a, a huge pain point for a lot of moms. Like we really. Could use someone to, you know, cook our meals for us, but is it meals that you need help with? Is it a cleaning schedule? Is it, um, with doing laundry? Is it with coming up with a routine so that you can, um, be more efficient? Is it managing your schedule better? Like ax chat, GBT. These questions and see what it comes up with and see if it helps you. Because a lot of times I think we think like, oh no, I, I can't use chat JBC for that. Like literally use it for just like, even like the simplest things. Now that does it for this episode of The Real Happy Mom Podcast. Make sure you head over to realhappymom.com/moretime to listen to this full presentation as well as the other recordings, plus some really great bonuses. Okay, and check back next week for another one of the great presentations from the Let's Get More Time Summit. Take care, and with lots of love.
